Prices + Examples

I am currently reworking my prices. I have ADHD and DID, as a result my process is not linear. Not all of my alters are artists, so if I say "I'll have an update in a week" it will not always be a week in real time. This is a flaw that I've been made aware of and am working on! My last few commissions have had unreasonably long wait times, and I want to make sure I can complete things in a timely manner before opening again.

Terms of Service

COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICEYou must read and agree to these terms to commission me. If I update my TOS I will post the date of the update at the top of this page.CREATOR RIGHTS
1. I have the right to deny any commission without providing context
2. I have the right to change these terms at any time
3. I have the right to use any art, finished or not, to to promote myself. If you wish for the art to remain private there will be a privacy fee of 50%USAGE POLICY
1. Only I, and the current owner(s) of the characters depicted may use the art.YOU MAY
1. Post the artwork you commissioned on any website as long as I am given proper credit [@VapidPigeon]
2. If posted to Toyhouse I must be given credit on there: My username is VapidPigeon

1. Edit my art. If there is any edits you feel should be made just let me know. I have no problems making minor edits for free!2. ADOPT TERMS OF SERVICEYou must read and agree to these terms to adopt from me. If a new term is added my previous adopts are not affected by it.PAYMENT

3. I am completely fine with small edits and changing the species. You must give credit to the original design if major edits are made.

1. You must have a Toyhouse to own one of my designs.

Public Blacklist

I will not do art of characters owned by anyone on my blacklist, and starting from the date they are publicly blacklisted they are not allowed to purchase any of my adopts. If you sell an adopt to any person(s) on my blacklist you will be added as well and the character will be put back up for adoption with no refund.I do not put up with childish or clown behaviour. I treat all my commissioners with respect and kindness. But if I am disrespected for setting boundaries I have no issue being petty. Regardless, that does not mean I encourage harassment towards anyone put here, and if you harass anyone you will be added as well.I will never put a child on my public blacklist.

I'll start off by saying this, they would not be here if they didn't say "ur very brave for daring to blacklist me". I am petty (and brave!) so why not? The ego that people get because they're moderators will always be hilarious to me.Context: I was uncomfortable with a post they made in a group referencing me. It was anonymous but had easily identifiable information. I always feel if you have problems with someone you should mention it privately first. They also claimed they had no plans to commission me anymore, which would mean we essentially blacklisted each other and if it was true wouldn't have caused such a clown response.The message they sent right after is in response to me posting on my personal profile on Facebook venting about the interaction. That is private and they are not my friend on. And was made after I voiced my concerns and was in response to them blatantly dismissing my concerns.The difference is, I am not an admin of a group where my words hold more weight, and I have under 100 friends on my Facebook. Most being personal friends from over the years.
